Facing initial struggles in competitive exams and job pursuits, he channeled his passion into writing, poetry, and journalism. He pursued a course in News Management at Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication, where he discovered his core strengths—communication, creativity, and public relations.

Early Career & The Spark of Advertising During his academic years, Sushil demonstrated dynamic leadership—participating in high-level media visits, interacting with prominent leaders like Ramoji Rao and Governor Krishna Kant, and excelling academically. He began his media career with prominent news organizations like Navbharat and NaiDunia, quickly rising through advertising and marketing roles.

Building Madhya Advertising Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Sushil stepped out of corporate roles to lay the foundation of Madhya Advertising. Starting from a small rented room, he scaled the business steadily—taking the agency’s turnover from ₹5 Lakhs to ₹50 Lakhs, and eventually expanding it into a full-fledged advertising firm generating tens of crores.

After a temporary setback while exploring diversification, Sushil refocused all his passion and energy back into his core expertise—advertising. Through grit and perseverance, he successfully rebuilt and elevated Madhya Advertising to brand legacy status over the next decade.
